The 2020 Academy Award nominations are finally here!
The nominations for the 92nd annual Academy Awards were announced Morning morning in Los Angeles with John Cho and Issa Rae acting as presenters.
Jokerleads the list with 11 nominations, with Martin Scorsese’sThe Irishman,Sam Mendes’1917and Quentin Tarantino’sOnce Upon a Time… In Hollywoodcoming in second with 10.Little Women, Marriage Story, Jojo RabbitandParasiteeach picked up 6 nods, whileFord v Ferraricame away with 4.
While women were notably left out of the directors race, the Academy nominated a record 62 women for awards this year.

On Jan. 8, the Academy revealed this year’s ceremony will run without a host.
This isn’t the first time the show has gone on without a host. In 2019, the award ceremony went hostless after Kevin Hart dropped out of hosting duties amid the fallout from resurfaced past homophobic remarks he made on Twitter.
