The actress, 37, shared withTODAY.comearlier this week that she has been loving treadmill workouts since she and her boyfriend,Tom Pelphrey, welcomed their daughter,Matilda, in March.
“Putting that incline up is so good for your muscles and for your circulation. I’ll also walk backward, which is amazing for your butt and legs. It pretty much works everything,” she told the outlet.

While each of Cuoco’s treadmill sessions lasts about 25 minutes, they vary between backward walking workouts and 10-minute forward-facing HIIT (high-intensity interval training) routines. She told the website that her routine is “important for my body and my heart.”
“And you never leave a workout and go, ‘I wish I didn’t do that.’ Even if it wasn’t the workout you envisioned, even if it was a little bit more low-key,” she toldTODAY.com. “Getting a good sweat sets the whole tone for the day.”
As for whether Cuoco and Pelphrey, 41, ever do workouts together,The Big Bang Theoryalum told the outlet that they prefer going solo.

“We like very different things. He does a lot of lifting. He does a ton of pull-ups and I can’t even do a single one. That’s our hour to ourselves,” she said.
The actorwent public with Cuoco in May 2022when he posted Polaroid photos of the two onInstagram, paired with a lengthy, heartfelt caption. That September, theymade their red carpet debutat the 2022Emmy Awardsandannounced they were expecting their first childtogether a month later.
And in May of this year, Pelphrey exclusively told PEOPLE that life as a first-time dad is"the most beautiful thing ever."
Since Matilda’s birth, the two have shared updates about her milestones on Instagram. One of the most recent uploads involved photos of her first foray into fancy dress for Halloween.
