There ’s also a full history of Robert ’s Rebellion , including a few wanted jot about just what went on between Prince Rhaegar Targaryen and Ned Stark ’s sis Lyanna .

The residue of the book is a really terrific travelog of all the Din Land of Westeros and Essos — with a batch of details about the Red God and those slaver metropolis that Daenerys has spent so much time in late . Not to mention some antecedently unknown details about the lands to the East of Vaes Dothrak , where we ’ve never really visited .
