Madrigal is the furious gang loss leader who rule Peach Tree City Block and that puts her straightforwardly in the sights of the film ’s deed of conveyance eccentric , Judge Joseph Dredd – play by Karl Urban of “ Star Trek ” and “ The Bourne Supremacy ” – the most feared of the city ’s Street Judges , the elite armored agent who bring the intact criminal justice scheme to the sidewalk ; they are arresting ship’s officer , judge , jury and , yes , public executioner .
