Disney has sent in a unexampled patent of invention app for “ a golem that will move and physically interact like an animated lineament ” that has been “ adapted for cushy liaison and/or fundamental interaction with a homo . ” The golem has soft skin and body component , with some of the soundbox filled with air or flatulence , and it ’s operated by a control that changes the interaction to keep the tike safe ( safety for child is Disney ’s magnanimous noted concern ) . The patent of invention does n’t name specific fictional character , but they did confirm they made a toy - sized prototype base on a Disney character , and the sketch included with the software shows a pear-shaped , lucullan body . All signs point to the first intent being the Baymax robot from Big Hero 6 .
Of naturally , filing a patent does n’t really think a whole mountain at this point , it ’s a first step that could ( or could not ) lead to more subsequently on .
